How Can I Extend The Maintenance on My FEC Dongle License?

Once you send us an annual maintenance renewal order, we will process your order and send you a renewal code. You can apply the code to your dongle to extend your maintenance as follows:

1. Make sure that the dongle is plugged into the computer where you run FEC.

2. Launch FEC and go to the license management page.

3. Click the "Update License..." button.

4. Copy and paste the renewal code you received from us into the textbox and click the "UPDATE" button.

5. Once the maintenance on the dongle is successfully extended, you will see a message that reads "Dongle license updated successfully". Click OK to go back to FEC.
