How Can I Extend The Maintenance on My FEI Dongle License?

Once we process your annual maintenance renewal order, we will provide you with a renewal code. You can apply the code to your FEI dongle to extend your maintenance as follows:

1. Make sure that the dongle is plugged into the computer where you run FEI.

2. Launch FEI and go to the Settings > License Information page.

3. Click the UPDATE DONGLE button.

4. Copy and paste the renewal code you received from us into the textbox and click the Update Dongle button.

5. Once the maintenance on the dongle is successfully extended, you will see a message that reads "Dongle updated successfully!". Click the X on the top-right corner of the window to close the window and go back to FEI.
